Lawson Homes Tasmania is family owned business founded in 1990 by Ken and Kym Lawson, whose roots are firmly in Northern Tasmania's beautiful Tamar Valley. We are proud to say that the company has established itself as one of Tasmania’s foremost home construction companies. Our vision is “to build high quality homes while providing value for our customers”. We have built hundreds of homes, extensions, and units, as well as several small commercial projects across Tasmania.

At Lawson Homes we pay considerable attention to every detail when building your new home. We work closely with our clients from commencement to completion, making sure the client always knows what is happening with their new home build. Every house we build is done with total commitment to quality control, excellence and value.
Lawson Homes takes the hassle out of the house building process. You can trust us to deal with the local council and all other statutory authorities. We take care of the BAL rating (bushfire attack level), and make sure your home achieves the required minimum 6 star energy efficiency rating. We organise all of the high quality trades so that when you take your keys you can just move in and put your feet up.
